The fuse or switch maybe no good, do check them, you be surprised that alot of the times its the fuse and its not that expensive and available from local parts store.

I have a 2013 hyundai santa fe and the interior lights do not come on when opening the door. I cannot find a way to turn them on. A friend has a 2014 and my car does not work the way his does

Can you turn the interior light on manually? My 2009 Hyundai Sonata has two switches on the interior light fixture. One is labeled 'Door', and must be depressed for the light to work with the doors. The other switch is to turn the light on/off manually.

Find the interior fuse box on an Australian 1998 Hyundai Sonata? There should be a panel with a clip out door near/under the steering column put mine does not have one, it is solid plastic panels both

No promises but this is the only reference I could find for Hyundai where the fuse box was not behind a panel to the bottom side of steering wheel. It may inspire you to look elsewhere behind items. Good Luck.

"The interior fuse panel is located behind the coin holder pull out drawer, which is on the lower left side of the dashboard"

Interior lights won't turn off in my 2012 sonata

typically there is a switch on the light or a control on your dash dimmer control. If adjusting the switch with the door shut does not turn off the light within a couple minutes then the switch bad and would need to be replaced.

2003 Hyundai Sonata V6; Rear Defrost, Automatic window, automatic interior light, Dashboard light, remote door control not working at all. Could it be the fuse? Where is the fusebox located at?

sound like a fuse problem. there is one set of fuses under the driver side dash area and another under the hood in a black box marked fuses.

My interior lights stopped working. i checked the fuse and it is fine. i beleive the bulbe are blown? how do i go about replacing them?

The reflector/cover of the interior lights are press fitted only. you need to remove the same with some small tools like screw driver at right point where they provide a small opening.

Once you have removed the cover, you will gain access to the bulbs.

2006 Hyundai Sonata, Doors do not turn on interior light

Hi

Make sure all door switches are functioning properly. See that each switch pushes in and out, without sticking.
