Location of fuel pump on 1999 ford escort

It's in the gas tank. Just make sure the fuel pump is the problem and not something else. Check for applicable trouble codes. There are some codes for the fuel pump driver module.
There is also an inertia switch, something to check.

Where is location of fuel volume regulator

Fuel pressure regulator ! An it's location is inside the fuel tank .
The fuel pump (FP) module contains the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and the fuel sender assembly. The fuel pressure regulator is attached to the fuel pump in the fuel pump module located in the fuel tank. It regulates fuel pressure supplied to the fuel injectors. The fuel pressure regulator is a diaphragm-operated relief valve. Fuel pressure is established by a spring preload applied to the diaphragm. Excess fuel is bypassed through the regulator and returned to the fuel tank.

Where is the fuel pump located. Is in the tank its self or what.

On the 96' Ford Explorer, both 2WD and 4WD models, the Fuel Pump is located in the tank. It is serviced by first removing the Fuel Tank from the vehicle. The Fuel Module is on the top portion of the tank towards vehicle rear, at the highest section of the tank.
Be sure to SAFELY release fuel system pressure before disconnecting any fuel lines.

2004 ford explorer stalling

if the engine dies at idle like when you hit the brakes at a stop light, most likely itis your IAC idle air control valve. It's the little cyllindrical valve has 2 bolts and an electrical plug located on your throttle body. Unplug it and unbolt. I cleaned mine thoroughly with parts cleaner and also lubricatd with wd40 and put it back on about 18000 miles ago and not an issue yet. fixed my problem. I ll get a new next time

1999 Ford Explorer keeps turning over but doesn't start. what is the problem?

There are 2 things to make it started: Spark and Fuel. Check out to see if there is a spark on the spark plug. If there is no spark, then check the coil pack back to the ignition module. Check out if there is fuel to make spark plug wet after several cranks. If there is not, then check the fuel pump. fuel filter, injectors module and injectors. Good luck.
