SOURCE: I have a 2000 f-150

Did you happen to check the t-stat or the engine temp gauge, to see if the engine is getting warm ?

Most will past this check, and go right to a blend door replacement ( which is time consuming ).

On my 2001 Ford F-150 where is the heat/ac blending door and how and how do I get to it.

The blend door is located at the top of the plenum chamber. The dash needs to be removed/pulled forward to access it.

My 2010 F150 Lariat. The heater blows warm air on driver side but blows cold air on passenger side. What could be the problem?

Does it have dual zone climate? If so, you have to adjust the passenger side. If it still doesn't work, check for vacuum hose off in engine compartment, going into the firewall.

Heater not working on 2010 f-150

If both heater hoses are hot, and the radiator is full of coolant, it may be a blend door problem under the dash.
The blend doors direct air thru the heater core and out thru the vents.
It may still be under Ford warranty.

I have a 1998 Ford F 150 4.6 , 2 wd with 160,000 miles. I have a problem with no warm air circulating through the cab. I replaced the heater core, thermostat, made sure the blend door was working...

In a Ford 90's and up this is caused in most every case by a defective air temperature control blend door and the electric actuator that moves the door, the blend door is located deep in the dash between the heater core and the AC core, it mixes or blends the air from the hot heater core with the cool air from the AC or outside air. The blend door is plastic and they get warped, then the actuator that moves it can't move the door due to the warping of the door and it fails from the strain

Iv changed everything that i can for my heater and i only blows cold air. Is there a device that opens and close for the heater and AC?

Its probably your vacuum lines for the heater doors under the dash. These lines open a close doors to allow air to blow through the heater core.

My truck heater was not getting warm, installed new thermostat and heater core, still blowing cold air, only one of the hoses is getting warm

It's possible that the heater core is plugged internally with crud and this is preventing the hot water from flowing through it which will cause one hose to be hot and the other to be much cooler. If the temperature gauge is indicating that the engine is reaching normal operating temperature and the heater controls are functioning properly then you may need to have the heater core backflushed or replaced. Hope this helps and good luck!

I have a 1998 ford f-150 and no heat. i have replaced the heater core, blend door and control switch. checked the blend door motor- works fine. have tryed 3 thermostats. when i replaced the core i back...

You just might have an air lock. Try bleeding the system from the heater hose at the firewall. Losen one hose a little, and at operating temp. open slightly to let air out. You will lose some coolant, but just refill the rad. Now, both hoses should get hot.
