Both front oxygen sensors can fail at the same time

If you replace the front or upstream sensors at 100,000
miles, if they haven't failed sooner, your doing preventative
maintenance,so add that to the list

After that they slow down & you don't have the proper control
over the fuel trim & your vehicle is not as sharp in response to
your gas pedal request

The chugging is something you need to look into

The O2 Sensors are not causing that, you got things
that need attention,spark plugs,air filter,clean maf sensor
& check out ignition issues, worn out exhaust converter
causing a partially blocked exhaust system

I'd start with a fuel filter. That, and when was last healthy tune up? Plugs, wires, all fluids & filters? I'd do the tune up also, it will give you a good "ground zero" starting point "if" problems continue.

92 buick lesabre ran great to store, when leaving, starting car resultedin chuging and popping noise, then fail to start. very good cranking speed. lots of gas in tank. i hear fuel pump operating, and gas...

I would recommend that you check to see if you are getting spark from the coil/coil packs. If this is not the issue, then you may be looking at a timing problem.

I have a 97 cavalier 2.2 it has been chuging for some time now comes and goes feels like i am just learning how to drive stick but it is an automatic says cyclinder 1 is misfireing the check engine light...

You either have a bad ignition coil or the ignition module. What you can do is swap the 2 coils to see if the misfire changes cylinders. If it does then it is the coil if not then it is the module. The module is located under the coils.Hope this helps.Good luck.Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Engine looses power and jerks on 1500-2000rpm

Did you get a Check Engine light? Whenever the "Check Engine" light comes on, there is always a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) stored in the ECM (Engine Control Module). You'll need an OBDII (On-Board-Diagnostics) scanner to retrieve any codes recorded/set in ECM. If no light, then I'd say you have an ignition lead (spark plug wire/insulators) arcing inside one or more spark plug wells.
