All fuses are good, there is power to the connection that sits behind the rad and the rotary switch sends and cuts power to said switch.

check the fan blower relay. this is the one powering up the blue wire going to the motor.
maybe it has a separate fuse. check from other locations. could be in the passenger kick panel.

as you said relay is good, try to check 4 connection of relay, pullout relay, check if there a 12 volts supply,, a 12 volt control by ignition sw.,connection to blower motor, the last connection is to the switch mostly connected to ground.

First thing to check would be the fan speed resister, fan(blower-motor)relays, and possibly a bad ground. Start at switch on the dash and go to the relays and resister next.

does it turn off when the car turns off? if so, you probably need a new blower motor resistor. They run about $80 but shop around. Fixed my problem right away
