Could be tires, suspention, alignment issue, shocks, 80 mph or 80kmph. I would take it to a qualified mechanic, at worst it could be dangerous, at best annoying not to mention bad on tires.

SOURCE: i have a suzuki jimny it has just started juddering on the motorway not every time though today it has just passed it's mot had a dianostic test it saying nothing wrong all the lights on the dash

sounds like an electrical issue possibly caused by loose terminals or a loose ground check your connectors might be a cluster issue

that is not an error code!
the ECU has 33920-76Jb2 part number on sticker side
33920 means ECU in Suzuki PARLANCE.
post a problem
and scan it

I have a Suzuki Jimny 2005. It overheated and smoke poured from underneath the bonnet. I am not an engineer. Any ideas?

Yes you have likely burned up the engine and that is what all the smoke is about. Also you may have a massive coolant leak, maybe a radiator hose or other cooling system component.

Swivel ball assembly

welcome to USA forum
we dont have Jimnys here, not a one.
so cant wax too smart , if in EU? try a EU forum> on suzuki?
or Jimnys were called Samurai , long ago and for sure not sold here in 2006, not by a mile.
swival ball, you working CV's
Constant velocity Joints on the front left axle.
what are you doing. say the job first.

1: needs boots only (not hood but CV boots)
2: rebuilding one axle by self
3: fitting (R&R) a rebuilt new axle to car.

no books here on Jimny, not a one, here.
no online either here , for same reasons.

we have Vitara,s here, 89-2004 and ends.

here we are fitting those.

here is our relic Jimnys (ended in 1995/)_

that is a real fsm and covers early jimnys... er, Sammi's

My Suzuki jimny 2007 looses power and takes a long time to switch gears and also at high speeds over 80 steering wheel shakes help email me also

get it serviced?
2 problems ,
first slow down, in older cars. Huh? tempting fate?
get the wheel bearings check first.
car must be 100% road worthy to go fast. (to learn ask)

id not drive it. not me.
not until many checks for safety done.
do you need list.?
go to any brake , tire or suspension shop and ask them to diagnose this. what if a wheel bearings is seizing slowing car.
is the steering pulling, if yes, stop driving it. and for sure 80!

or better any ASE Auto repair shop (pros) they will check it all.
and then you will be safe, and us behind you too.

Jimmy suzuki 4x4 a/t not shifting after 10 seconds.

no year, car? we must guess that?
this is a USA forum and we dont have Jimnys here (letter n , added)
closest is Samurai.
so answers will be slow, or wrong or nada here.
best is to join a forum for your country on Jimny. (google that?)_
My wild guess is:
the 3L30 transmission there, used from 1989 to about 1999?
check levels yet> ATF levels>
not shifting means zero.
is it stuck in 1st gear, when in Drive or L?
does reverse work
does it slip or flare.
does the 1st gear stall test pass, a 5 second test? seen in the FSM.
is filter clean. and pink ATF fluid or black full of metal flakes.

INFO here.

I guessed 3 speed, but really have no idea what you are driving.
year, or actual tranny.

Suzuki jimny 2004 model shuddering or death wobble

After searching on the net we saw a blog that said in rrsponse to having the rattle to ring the suzuki customer service hot line so we did. Found out that our jimny had a VIN number that was part of a recall that is still current. We booked in to get the rattle fixed at no cost they said for 12 Jan 2015. However today as we were driving along the steering column broke completely. We got the jimny towed to the same suzuki dealer and will be fixed free of cost next week. Moral of the story is ring Suzuki customer care and don't put it off!
