Take it to a mechanic or a auto parts store have them read the code with a OBD scanner. That will tell you why the light is on.

1999 toyota camry 6 cylinder check engine trouble codes

That's a lot going on! If those are real errors, you could spend some time and money fixing it. May not be too hard, but if you have an electrical gremlin somwe here causing the problem, then that could be a pain to fix.
If clearing the code for inspection is your goal, you could look into an OBD2 bluetooth scanner to work with your phone. I use one along with Torque for Android. I can check and clear codes with my phone, but I do 95% of my maintenance myself.

Malfunction indicator lamp in my toyota corolla is on how i fix?

The check engine light also called the malfunction indicator comes only when the computer control unit (called the PCM) senses a fault in the electronic controls of the engine and/or the emission system, there are about 200 possible faults that turn the light on, to know what has developed a problem you must have the system tested, this is called an OBD2 fault code test, Kragen and Autozone parts stores do this testing for free.

My cars' Malfunction indicatore lamp is on.?

Malfunction indicator light is the same as Check engine or Service engine soon. It only tells you that your vehicle needs a checkup but does not mean there is a big problem.

Check malfunction light and vsc lights on for 2002 toyota 4runner

Your vehicle’s computer system has self-testing capability. When the computer senses that there is a problem with some of the components it stores the correspondent trouble code(s) in its memory and lights up the Check Engine, Service Engine Soon, ABS, VSC Or TC lights to tell you that there is a problem and you should have the car diagnosed and repaired. When there is a problem with the engine control system, any other systems that communicate with the engine control module (ECM) may turn on their indicator lights at the same time because a code has been stored in the ECM. I would take it to a service center you trust and let then come up with a solution. Sometimes a problem in one system will turn light on for other systems that communicate with it, but it doesn't mean there is a problem in those systems.

Please let me know if this information is helpful. Positive feedback is appreciated. Thank You!

Engin light stays on in my toyota corolla

the car has been back to the dealer 4 times for the same problem. First time they claimed that they replaced malfunction tank by-pass vsv and codes mentioned are P0440, P0441 and P0446 that were malfunction. the second time they connected the car to their computer and re-scan the vehicle and told us that everything is working fine and the engine light is off, but after one day the light came back and the car went back to the dealer for the third time and now they claim that the problem is from charcoal canister and has to be changed. also after the second visit as soon as i got in my car i could small gas and it hasn't gone away and the dealer says they did nothing wrong and all the problem is from the canister. we really don't know if we can trust what they say.
