It,s a good possibility that the motor is bad, but first do this, turn
on the rear wiper switch and go to the rear wiper motor and with a
screwdriver handle tap on the motor body and see if it moves. Sometimes
the brushes in the motor get stuck and tap on the motor body will
loosen them up, also make sure you have power going to it.
