Question about 2002 Dodge Intrepid
There have been times recently that my 2002 Dodge Intrepid won't start. It cranks over but just won't start. Sometimes it's just for a couple tries but yesterday I sat in a parking lot for about 45 minutes trying to start it. I thought that the battery would go dead before it started. It finally started and I got home. Like I said, this has been happening for a short time but it has never taken that long to start. Does any one have any info on this or has any one had a similar problem?
Try to fix the crankshaft sensor . That should fix the problem if not, next thing camshaft sensor. Then after that if no codes are coming up with a check engine light on. If the car is still running try some B12 cleaner that you put in your gas tank to clean out the engine and intake a bit. I have a 1996 ES 3.5 and I replaced the crankshaft sensor and it did the trick.

It could be a number of things. i'd go with the easiest fix first. check your air filter, then check spark plugs, then fuel filter. replace as necesary. good luck
