check fusible link #4. it is the pink, 30amp one, at the top left corner of the underhood fuse/relay box.
i doubt its the fusible link, if it was it would cause alot more than your fuel pump to no work.
it is most likely a relay so check the fuel pump relay and the ASD relay.

You did not specify if its petrol or Diesel I am assuming it is diesel. It might be the glow plugs. Get them checked as you will need these to get it started. If its petrol its a different issue. It might be the ignition coil (no spark) coming to the distributor. Whichever the type of car make sure that there is fuel coming to the engine. In the case of diesel you should have a primer rubber fuel pump which you press in order to bring fuel to the engine.

just did one this week, if your talking about the mount plate you have to jack the motor up as high as you can comes out one way and goes back the same have to play with it... bad designe on uniboby for a mataince project.
