If your engine is turning quicker than before it means no compresion. remove the spark plugs hold your finger on each of the holes. I it does not force your finger the valves are bent.

Wont stay started

if you removed the timing belt, then its probably out of sync. the sound is probably the piston hitting the valves. its a good practice to turn the engine manually 2X after assembly before starting. sad to say if im right the valves are bent by now

CAR WONT START

sounds like your timing belt let go..ther is a rubber plug in top of timing belt cover..remove it and see if camshaft sprocket is turning..if not, belt broke..more than likely valve or piston damage

Motor turns over but wont start

Does the distributor turn? Some of the old serpentine belt might have got into the timing belt and broke it.

Check to make sure the Security light in dash on right hand corner is not on. If it is on , your passlock is enabled. to dissable it turn your key on but not start it and wait for apx 10-15 minutes. this should re-set it.
