Whatever it had when it was sold in OR is what will be required in calif, it goes by engine calibration number, that is on a sticker on the valve cover, another way to get it is to run the VIN number on a Ford information computer, we call this the OASIS SYSTEM. Also check the emission sticker on the radiaor support under the hood.

SOURCE: I need to know what smog equipment the 1976 ford

None. Yes I said it right, None. Belive it or not in 1976 trucks were not required converters, air pumps and could run on leaded or unleaded gas. Man I've been doing this too long and I'm getting old.

SOURCE: 2000 dodge caravan remove mounting assembly to

I have changed the pump out on my wife's 99 Voyager, 3.3 liter. Per my manual (and experence) there should be a nut at the back of the pump connecting it to the bracket. Then there are three (3) bolts which connect the pump to the bracket (front of pump under pulley. I my memory serves part of the front bracket will have to be removed with the pump. Lastly, if a 3.3 or 3.8 V6 you;ll have to remove the exhaust where it connects to the back manifold (has a flex pipe to it. Trust me on this the manual is correct with removing the ehaust from the engine, I tried to prove the engineers wrong but its the only way out and back in. Plan for these four (4) bolts to break and replace with new when putting pump back in, use new exhaust gasket too. To remove/install pulley to pump you'll need a special puller, cheap to by or may be rented.

I hope this may have assited you,
Tom

Power steering pump

First check the distance from the bracket mount points on the block, to the pump mount points on both brackets. If distance is different then the brackets are different. If they are the same, you may need to either change pump itself to one that matches engine year. However, if there is sufficient room on the pump shaft, any shop that rebuilds pumps can re-position the pulley to your specs, or replace the pulley with one that has a different offset.

Cam bearings

Camshaft bearings? Remove engine. Should I continue? Also remove: Valve Rocker covers, Valve rockers, push rods, lifters (which requires removal of the intake manifold), front accessory brackets which includes A/C compressor, Alternator, power steering pump, water pump, smog pump if equipped, timing case cover, timing chain and gears, then Ta DA!!!!! the camshaft! Then you'll need a special camshaft bearing removal / installation tool, and of course you'll also need the knowledge to know that you'll have to align the oil holes in the bearings with the oil holes in the block casting so that the new bearings and the top end of the engine will get the necessary lubrication! In most cases, I would have to mention that if you have to ask this question, you probably are not yet ready to perform the procedure. But no one says you're not ready to learn! Good Luck!
