Sounds like you have a faulty flasher. Its usally located on or near the drivers side under the dash. All you have to do is unplug the old one and plug in the new.

SOURCE: How much is it to

Fix is very vague - new pads? Usually $60 for the premium pads plus $50-60 for laber.

If the rotors need to be turned (I always recommend when replacing pads) usually $8-$10 to turn each rotor.

So, to add it all up, you'll spend around $125-$150 for a rear brake job. A part time handyman/mechanic could do it for less than a hundred.

My Turn Led Signal Can Not Blink

The LED lamps are not plug-in replacements for incandescent ones because they place a much lower load on the flasher.

Blinking panel lights

To Calibrate , start and warm engine to normal operating temp. with engine idling turn blower switch to high, turn mode switch to panel, open all outlets, move temp lever to full cold.
press and hold rear wash and rear wiper buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds (untill all leds illuminate.) all leds should light up for 5 seconds, rear wiper and intermittent rear wiper button leds will flash alternatly during calibration... after 60 seconds if only rear wiper button led is flashing, cal. is complete

!997 Tahoe, the right rear turn and brake lights dont work.

If you live in an area of temperate weather, you may have some corrosion that has caused you to lose the ground contact there.  That and a fuse that services those lights are about the only things that could cause all three to fail.
