SOURCE: toyota radio code

Johnny5486:

Emissionwiz is correct, but, his information is for older Model Camrys.

The 2003 "factory-installed" radios in the Camry product line does not have an anti-theft feature, and, because of having no anti-theft feature, there is no reactivation code. If you have a dead battery, the only thing you will lose regarding the radio functions would be the radio stations that you programmed into the memory. The radio will function properly after a dead battery is replaced with no issues.

SOURCE: need radio code for 2007 honda accord serial

If an audio unit with theft protection is disconnected from electrical power, you must enter a unique code number into the unit or it will not work. This code and the audio unit’s serial number are listed on the anti-theft ID card that comes with the vehicle. If this card is lost, you must obtain the audio unit serial number in order to get the radio code. Some newer vehicles allow you to retrieve the audio unit serial number electronically from the radio (some people say that they find the code on a sticker in the glove compartment, but I wouldn't count on that). Refer to your owner’s manual for the specific procedure (the following usually will work: Turn the radio off. Push the preset 1, preset 6, and power buttons at the same time, then quickly release. The number will come up in two sets)
Once you have the audio unit serial number, you can call Auto Customer Service at (800) 999-1009 or have the dealer look up the radio code.
Hope this helps you.

Radio in toyota carolla just say help try to put pin in

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect itagain, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your carradio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. Ifyou do not have this code you need to go to your Toyota servicecentre and get them to enter this code for you.

Radio pin code error

These codes are anti theft security codes and each one is unique to the car VIN number and the radio chassis serial number. The code was give to the original owner along with entry instructions to reset the radio whenever the battery has been disconnected. What you must do now is contract the dealer for instructions on how to retrieve the code to unlock the radio. There may be a charge for this and you may also need to remove the radio from the dash, it varies by module and year.

I need a code number of radio Honda Accord 1998 serial no.M97A189067

Nobody is supposed to have the complete database of codes, only authorised dealers. As a security measure, any time the battery is disconnected, the radio is Locked Out, and will not function until the security code is entered on the radio itself. Furthermore, after 3 tries, it wont even accept the code on the radio display, showing the ERR condition. Check for a sticker with the radio code inside the glove box. Some dealers fixed a second sticker in the owners manual. If not available, get the code from a Honda dealer, and be prepared to show VIN number, and proof of vehicle ownership. When you get hold of the code, disconnect the battery for 15 min. This will erase the ERR condition, and allow you to introduce the reactivation code.

MY CAR REPAIR TIMINBELT DESCONECT THE BATTERY SO

I'm guessing you are trying to say that you repaired the timing belt, had to disconnect the battery, and now your radio no longer works, either it is off or locked and you need the code? Take the radio out of the car, on the top there is a serial #, call up your local mitsu dealership and ask them for the code, give them the serial # and they should be able to look it up for you. If they try to charge you for it, just call a different dealership, its free as long as they don't have to pull the radio out.
