I have ordered a reconditioned pcm for my Jeep. Once I have installed it I will get back to the forum and let you know if this fixed the problem

You can't jump the connector to get codes on OBD II. (Pre 1996) Try hooking back up you code reader. If it doesn't communicate, check the fuse for the cig lighter. This fuse should also power up the diagnostic plug.

Check your fuel pump pressure at the rail. These codes are an indication that the fuel pressure sensor is faulty or the fuel pump is not bringing the Fuel pressure to the proper level. The first is a warning there is a problem, the second is telling you the pressure is too high which can cause damage to the injector assemblies. The only things that increase pressure are a faulty Fuel pump or blockage issue. This is possibly caused by the Filter being partially clogged and the pump nit compensating but is most likely the fuel pump itself.
