SOURCE: Rumbling & grinding under front end

Watch out! You might have a loose wheel! Check those wheel nuts. If not, a loose brake caliper, or last if not least, a bad wheel bearing. Don't drive it until you find out what the heck is wrong! Could be dangerous.

2000 chrysler and i heard a loud pop and oil puddle

blew the piston rod through the oil pan if you have bad luck. if your lucky the oil filter blew off and wont start because oil is low. look under car for where oil is coming from. if there is a piece of metal hanging out the hole your engine is toast

You are correct about the main blend door sticking friend. And it happens to cover the heater core part of the box under the dash on the passenger side. Look under the hood at the firewall and see where the hoses connect to the heater core. That's the position your looking for. Could also be just a tight bend in a vacuum line from the blend switch valve to the door itself. Everything to do with heat and A?C is vacuum actuated from a vacuum canister under the hood. I am not sure if the wheel bearing on the front end is broke. it makes a loud poping noise when turning and the wheel is towed in

Loud popping/grinding most noticeably heard when turning is normally a sign of a bad CV joint. Look under the van where the axle half-shafts come out of the transaxle and connect to the backside of the wheel assembly. Are the rubber boots on the axles torn or missing?
If you hear the popping only in left turns, your right CV joint is bad, If you hear the popping only in right turns, your left CV joint is bad.

Popping under frontend when backing up with the steering turned all way to left

sounds like a cv axle. the rubber boots on the axle ends will dry and split with time, slinging the grease out and wearing the joint out. more than likely have to have a cv axle
