Problem for Dodge 2002 Neon

Flickering heading light , seatbelt icon , breaks icon , head lig

flickering heading light , seatbelt icon , breaks icon , head light , and domelight , and fuel guege , speed guege. the alternator got replace two months ago i was told that i need to add more ground to the car which i did but that didn't work at all . i have a 2000 neon
but everything is still flickering . please .

Try putting a heavy earth wire from the screw that holds your fuse-box in , to another screw that goes through the body-work some where. This worked for me.
