Have you checked all fuses for the cooling fans? Seems to be that the car is warming up to temp and then some, and protecting itself from overheating by shutting down the engine.

Suzuki liana - exactly the same problem

is the engine going into the red zone in the temp gauge?? a/c will cause an extra load on your engine causing it to run hotter.

SUZUKI LIANA 2002 ENGINE CUTTING OUT INTERMITTANTLY

Not sure if you have already figured this out- or just sold your car, but I have been having the same problem and had a bit of a search around forums etc. Looks like it is the Crank Angle Sensor which needs to be replaced. I am about to go and get my car fixed so fingers crossed this is the miracle cure. Here is a link to the forum discussion on the issue.
