the fuse box is inside the pickup under the drivers side dash, there is a flasher which is the round one in the fuse box, it controls turn signals and emergency flashers also in the same fuse box, there is a 15 amp fuse which controls just the turn signals it sits vertical instead of horizontal.

First confirm it is either gas or eastter. Wayer/condedste collects at the tail oip as a byproduct of the caralyctic converter on cold rngine It normally occurs on firts start of a cokd enginw. the ebgine idles low because it is col, but should reyutn to normsl after warm uo.. If for sure iys gasolinem and the engine runs eiygh, then angihector is bad, good luck. I hope this helped yyou

SOURCE: white smoke from exhaust pipe..
Well white sweet smelling smoke is generally water from the cooling system. Mostly water, that is. The sweet smell comes from the antifreeze/coolant spewing into the air.
Well, a blown head gasket or cracked head gasket would cause this, and other problems.
Try Bar's Leaks $33 head gasket repair solution before spending hundreds on a head gasket replacement. It worked for some seepage problems I had on a 1997 Cadillac that did the same thing.
It missed upon startup when hot or cold.
