SOURCE: DRL Relay location
your relays are located under the hood in a small black plastic box about 6 to 8 inches square. Remove the cover and it should have a diagram on the inside of the cover. They are easy to change, they just plug in

SOURCE: Day time running light problem
The problem with the DRL issue describd in the above posts is the DRl module(it needs to be replaced). The buzzing relay and intermittent on/off of passenger side DRl are indicators that the module needs to be replaced.

The problem as reported by many others on the internet appears to be with the DRL relay located under the hood. If you can find it (check the owner's manual), then it might be a matter of taking it out and resoldering the connectors in the base. Some people suggest taking the relay out and using the normal lights - depending on what the road rules require.
Finally, you may want to buy a new relay.
