Question about Cars & Trucks
In general, all doors, the trunklid or cargo door, or any sliders must be closed before the Air suspension pump will run.
On some Makes, like Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury, there is a shutoff switch usually in the trunk. If you have had an oil change or any service requiring the car being lifted off the ground, a Mechanic may have shut off the system. They then forgot to turn it back on.
