1999 ford f250 v10, low rpm shutter,possible coil pack

Bad espark plug or bad coil very common on ford to burn the plugs

thought they only made these with a 7.4 V8 ,Try a bosch coil pack and not a cheap china one for a start ,make sure the plug gap is 25th as sometimes the manufacturers specify a wider plug gap and this can cause the coil pack to overheat ,also check the alternator output voltage ,run engine at 2000rpm and it shouldnt read higher than 14.7 volts

change the fuel filter and if that doesnt help do a tune up

the catalytic converter could be startin to plug up. check the air filter and that you have all the plug wires on the right plugs
