It is called the "J" Body platform and the other cars that share this are the Pontiac Sunbird and Buick Shyhawk. Always replace springs in pairs. The driver side is different than the passenger side for weight reasons, they have tags on the coils when build.

I change steering column in a 04 cavalier now it wont start i changed it with a same year cavalier one

I think you are going to have to change the lock cylinder and tumbler and put original one in from the car, so computer recognizes it and allows it to start.

ya, by disconnecting the motor in the door and sliding it up by hand, then reconnecting the motor to keep it from slipping down. Or you could just fix it

1991 cavalier, no spark coils and ignition control

I think that in your car too, the crank position sensor starts the ignition sequence. I'd check there first.
