Maybe your injector circuit is not working. Pull off one injector connector and check for power on one of the two wires to the injector-turn key to on, and one wire should have power. If no power with key on, pull off all injector connectors and recheck for power- a shorted injector may shut down the injector circuit, that's why to pull off all injector connectors. If still no power on one wire to each injector, diagnose the injector drive circuit. Also check the fuse for injectors.

SOURCE: the van will start and
if van starts then quits, could be passlock theft system.reset system to see. ( is the theft system light on! ) if so do this. attempt to start the van, let it stall, but do not turn key off! leave it in run. wait 10 minutes untill the theft light glows steady instead of blinking. do not turn key off, but start it immediatly. this should reset your passlock system. good-day! this works for all gm vehicles.
