That means there is a problem in the evap system. My guess would be that the air pump or a valve in the system has failed. you probly noticed that you get a little worse gas mileage as well. take it to a mechanic shop or your dodge dealer to have them check all valves and the air pump

the codes are voltage related 1478 batt temp sensor volts out of limit and 1496 5v supply out put too low.doe's the engine start hows the battery.a low reference voltage(5v) will affect all the sensors and fuel injectors.check the battery voltage when cranking too much drop will cause problems.
