In general, the Ford Bronco running gear is identical to an F150 4X4 running gear for the same year. The only difference is the length of the rear drive shaft. I doubt the F250 gear will fit, since typically the F150 running gear is made by ford, and the F250 running gear comes from commercially available parts (Dana, etc).

check and make sure your slave cylender is full of fluid, it should be mounted on the firewall, also sounds like you need to bleed the slave cylender.

1999 f150 4x4 noice in rear end of truck, I have rotated the tires and had a mechanic look at the brakes and wheel bearings.

Drive shaft joints? You need to run it on the lift and put a stethoscope on the housing near the axle bearings. They still may sound okey because they not loaded as on the ground. You could go for new u-joints and balance the drive shaft. Change the gear oil and additive if locking diff. Tape the rear tire diameter on both sides.

I also have a 95 Ford F150 4x4 5.0l, extended cab two piece drive shaft. E40d trany in fourth gear accelerating or not it will vibrate badly but only slightly in any other gears. The first thing I did was rebuild the trany, no luck same exact conditions. All clutchs and bands replaced, synthic fluid, new torque converter, and a shift kit from TCI. Still does the same thing.

check your shift lever and tranny.theres a detent cable that locks you into forward or reverse, if thats not set proper you will do both at the same time which would explain the retarded activity of the tranny. the 4x4 issue sounds like an electrical issue, check the switches in the cab as well as the fuses that cotrol the tranny and 4 wheel drive system.

Truck cuts off while driving down the road.

Replace the TFI module. Ford back in 1986 thur 1993 had problems like the one you wrote about. TFI module gets hot and shuts car or truck off then when it cools sometmies starts and sometimes not.
