the dealer told me not to use burned cds to long in the cd player. the cds are a little thiker then a regular cd. i had to not use the cd player for a couple of days. once the cd cooled down it cam back out and i havent had a problem since. Solution dont let burned cds get to hot

I had the same problem when I first got it. I realized that the problem was the CD I was putting in. The CD player will NOT read burned RW CDs. I hope that helps! But it will read burned R CDs and ones from the store.

I am having the same problem with my CD changer in a 2004 Suburban. Have you found a solution yet? Chevy dealership told me that I would have to replace the radio.

Try sticking something flat in there and try to help pull it out when you hit eject or maybe some small twezzers to pull it out get it out it may start working right again maybe that one is just jammed.If not maybe try to kill the power to it take the fuse out and turn it back on and see if that might some how reset it.
