SOURCE: front washer fluid does not pump, rear one does

Sounds like the pump is nacked. Or it may be a wiring earth fault. Find the wiring connector get a earth/Grong test light. Connect it to the positive and a good earth point on the car have some one work the stalk in the car and see if you got power if not it ll be the fuse, the pump or a busted wire in the line

SOURCE: my rear windshield wipers work randomly. Why?

you could have a faulty wire connection at the motor, a faulty switch or your relay is broken, try to get a relay first and then look at the motor and lastly it sould be your switch.

SOURCE: cannot ifind fuse for windshield wipers in 1998

There are two locations to check. I would look into the manual that comes with the car. or check fused inside of the car or the black box under the hood.
