inside the sun visor there is a spring which is moving to side when you push down the spring pushes side so it will keep down when you want to push to the normal possition spring releces and keep to that possition any way i would like to advice you to replace sun visor.

It can be several things. With the problem only occuring when power is applied you must have a problem with the Right Hub engaging when it should be off. Or depending on your 4 wheel settings the Left Hub is not locking when it should match the Right.
The rear suspension can also be the problem. There are Rubber bushings in the Rear suspension arms. If there is looseness or travel in the joints the rear axle can shift under Power. This will allow the rear wheels to run crooked. This will make the front end of your Explorer turn to one side. On some models the rear wheels can be aligned and have Shims in them. Sometimes the shims can fall out causing the axle to pitch to one side.
There are many things turning in the frontend. But most will pull all of the time if they are failing. The problem you describe limits the possibilities to the parts I have mentioned. Good Luck on your repair.
