The problem that I am having now is the abs light staying on...and while the light is on my blinkers do not work! At first the abs light would come on and as soon as the car I guess warmed up it would go off. But now that it is getting cold the light never goes off!!I need to find out what to do asap...

Whenever this warning light or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating that the systems control module (or the system sensor in the case of lights like low oil pressure, door open indicators etc.) has detected a fault, it then disables the system (this applies to ABS,TCS, TCM, SRS, TPMS and BCM faults and others) as long as the light is on. You must now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and "scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the problem(s)

Legend of Abbreviations. ABS Anti-lock brake system. TCS Traction control system, TCM Transmission control module, SRS Supplemental restraint system, BCM Body control module. TPMS Tire Pressure Monitor System

SOURCE: service engine soon/ABS/Trac lights are staying on

Have the ABS codes scanned. This will get you started in the right direction. Possibility is that one or more of the wheel speed sensors is not working or intermittent - could be wiring or connectors on these as well. Another possibility is the EBCM, Electronic Brake Control Module. I believe the EBCM will throw 1216 code in many cases. THese can be rebuilt online for about $150.00.
The more likely problem is the wheel speed sensors. THese are an integral part of the wheel hub. About $100.00 each for the part. About $250.00 each to have them replaced. They can be tested with an AC voltmeter by spinning the wheel. Also, they should read roughly 850 ohms resistance. The ABS codes will tell you which ones are not reporting.

2001 ford expedition recently had new rotors & brakes replaced. It was making a clicking noise before & after news parts. The noise gotten worse. Do you have a diagram of what I am to look for? Plz

I am guessing that you are speaking of a noise in the front and this is a 4x4? If so, then you are most likely looking for a bad cv joint. We really need more information though.

The fuse that runs my windows, lights and windshield wipers keeps blowing in my 2001 ford expedition, what is the problem?

could be many things. could be a short to ground. find out what wires work on this circuit. and check all the connections and insulation of the wires. if there was any sound system put in or recent electrical work i would double check the quality of that.

Used pcm/ecm for a 2001 Ford Expedition

If you replace an ecm then you now have a security violation in the vehicle which can only be corrected by the dealer.

Engine runs roughly after returning from the dealership. They replaced spark plugs and air filter system. I thought it was the mass air sensor so I unplugged and reinserted. There is no engine warning...

I would immediately take it back to them and insist that they do something to correct the issue. You should not pick up your vehicle and have more problems after supposedly getting it fixed. Not really sure what they did to your Expedition, but remember Customer is always right.

Rear window switchs wont work but Drivers works all windows,

This may be a problem with Ford Expedition in which a class action suit should help resolve. I also had a 2001 and a 1997 expedition which had the same problems. I traded the 1997 in for the 2001 and later bought a replacement arm operator for the rt passenger rear side. i did not get a chance to install due to a recent accident in which I totaled the vehicle--quick fix for me:)
