SOURCE: location of transmission fluid indicator dipstick

Couldn't find mine either. It's not in the owners manual. Actually, I found out that it does not have one. According to VW Vortex, they check the fluid at the dealership by computer.

SOURCE: transmission dipstick

Your car has a sealed transmission, no dipstick, the fluid is checked with an electronic scan tool when it is at the proper temperature through an access port on top of trans. The reason they do this is to keep owners from overfilling the trans, very common problem and can ruin the transmission.

SOURCE: transmission dipstick location

Sorry, I'm just now getting it to you.  The dipstick is located on the passenger side of the car way down at the bottom.  It should have a yellow handle.  It's just to the right and down of the battery.  Let me know if you can't find it still and I will get you a picture somehow.

SOURCE: Location of Shift Solenoid in 1999 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer?

They are round "cans" with wires attached. You should have SSA, SSB, SSC, Torque converter and Pressure Control solenoids. They control pressures and have no mechanical linkage.

SOURCE: where's the transmission dipstick on a 2000 saturn sl

The Saturn L series automatic transmissions do not have a dipstick. They are the "new breed" of transmissions that are SUPPOSED to be trouble free. There is a plug on the passenger side of the transmission by the drive axle It is 11mm bolt. start the vehicle in park on a level surface or operating temp pull out the plug Fluid should just trickle out of the plug hole If no fluid comes out add fluid to trans until it does...Where do you add??? Red plug on top/center of trans. Plastic plugthat threads in Add fluid there....Good luck

Where is the oil dipstick on my 2000 expedition located and also what color is the the fuel pump reset switch?

Below is a picture of the location of both the oil dipstick and the fuel pump cut off switch. In Fords the fuel pump cut off swtich is either white or red. I believe but not 100 percent sure that your's is white. This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you do not and would like a copy, you can email me at with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. I hope this helps and good luck.

I need to know where I can find a diagram on where to mount the dipstick tube for the transmission

I could be way off here but...
Most Ford Explorer's and Expedition's and the like DO NOT have a dipstick for the transmission. Nor do they have a drain plug.
Ford decided that too many people were destroying their transmissions by adding too much fluid and additives. So, from at least 2002, the owner has to take the vehicle to a Ford dealer or a transmission shop for service. For what its worth, the fluid and the transmission's have been engineered to be service free for 100k to 150k. Hope this helps.

Where is transmission fluid located? Where is stick to check?

Transmission fluid is located inside the transmission fluid pan. It is checked and added through the fill tube. The dipstick is located under the hood. You have two dipsticks, one for engine oil and one for transmission fluid. On some models, the dipstick for the transmission fluid may be located under the engine cover in the cab of the van between the driver's and front passenger's seats. If you simply cannot find two dipsticks under the hood, it's under the engine cowl.

Internal diagram for transmission on 98 ford expedition

Actually its a plug that's placed in the dipstick hole during manufacture. when they insert the dipstick tube the plug just stays harmlessly in the pan until the first fluid change. It's nothing you need.

If you are still having performance issues, it may be electrically related as this transmission is controlled by the electronic module.
