Question about 2000 Volkswagen Cabrio
You do not need to take the dash apart, there are two little slots oneon each side of the face of the radio, you need special removal tools to unlock it and it will pull right out, but first check in your owners manual, or in the spare tire well for the card, or sticker which has the serial number as well as the unlock code for your radio.

U should be able to get that number from a dealership if not you have to take the dash apart to get to radio
