It do not run right thear no house powermy engine is brogeing out

if its not getting gas...the evidence should be present on the old plugs.
if they were lean, run fuel pressure and volume measurements. in the event you still have the filter you were using before the pump work, change it. test according to the TSB that pertains to your model.
verify your build date and vin # before applying the info to this vehicle.
look at test step NS-1(mitchell manual, public library) and run those tests till you have a running ,driving jeep before condemming anything else. if you dont know what any of this means, tow it to jeep

I changed my cap rotor and spark plug wires on my 96 vw jetta 2.0 and now number 2 is misfireing what can i do to fix that

Check/replace the spark plug on number 2. If that plug is good or changing it does not make a difference, you may have an injector issue on that cylinder.

How many psi is the in the fuel line of a 1996 jetta 1.9L turbo diesel

fuel system of different brand are slightly and has fuel pressure specification and requirements unique to the system. vw jetta '96 has 35 to 40 psi running. if has to much pressure, check the regulator. and if has low or not enough pressure, change fuel filter before going after the fuel pump.

My 96 regal custom, service engine soon light is flashing.it showed that number 2 cylinder was misfiring,so i replaced the plugs, wirers and that coil.but to no avail.

Before I went too much further throwing parts at it, I'd have fuel pressure tested. Not uncommon for low fuel pressure to starve a cylinder or 2 and have a misfire code come up. Should only take mechanic about 5-10 minutes to verify low or o.k. , then you can eliminate that possibility.

Well, I would replace the air filter, make sure the air hose from the air filter to the intake is not kinked or blocked and check for vacuum leaks. If these are all fine, I would check the fuel pressure as it is possible the pump is weak and not supplying enough fuel.

96 vw jetta 2.0l will turn over but will not start

I had a problem like this on a 1997 VW Jetta 2.0L. I suggest you obtain a multimeter, a gas pressure gauge, and a used injector from a junk yard. You need to find if the car has spark if it is getting gas and if the injector is firing. Plug a used spark plug into say # 4 spark plug wire and ground end against the manifold or other ground. Have someone crank the engine and see if there is spark. If there is spark then disconnect the electrical connector and plug in the used injector and hold in your hand. Have someone crank the engine and if it clicks as the engine revolves the injector is firing. Now if you have spark and an injector that clicks then put the pressure gauge in the upper line going to the injector manifold. Use a T so that the fuel can still flow into the manifold. If these three things check out. You need to also verify the engine is timed correctly and the timing belt did not slip a few teeth. I had a problem with my crankshaft sensor. I bought a new one and although I was getting about a .3 volt ac signal, I still had no spark at spark plugs. I wound up getting another new crankshaft sensor and read 3 volts ac from the new sensor. I then had good spark Hope this helps
