had to install a driver side non folding mirror, fairly simply to say the least. There's a cover on the interior of the door, near the window, remove the cover, remove the 3 screws, need i believe a 10mm socket. If a power window, unhook the circuit. Replace new mirror.

The first place I would look is the shift linkage for wear and a sloppy connection from wear.
adjustments may be made as a possible fix on the linkage rod.
Glad to be of assistance - Please rate the response - I can learn from your rating. Thank you

Check if your injectors with the electrical meter with ohmmeter you should have around 12 ohms on each if you have above 15 ohms that's mean your injector is going bad it has problems ,easier way to check its if you will start the car with cold engine and go by the mufflers and if you will hear from one of the mufflers kinda shoots that's mean on this side of engine is the injector going bad ,the other things it might be mass air flow ground (-) wire which has some bad connection ,if not check all the connections on the ignition coils and injectors, check your spark plugs, and on the end if this problem will continue check your knock sensor!

well the best way is to take the inside mirro cap off there are 3 bolts that need to be taken out 10mm if its not accessible from there you need to loosenthe trim panel and take it off look around for hidden pop ups take the pop ups out and take the screws out then from there pull the bottom of the door trim out and slide arms around the edges and pull out there then pull up and outThanks for using fix ya. Please rate my response thank you very much
