Most likely is fuel filter; if it does it with a new fuel filter check fuel pressure at engine at speed it looses power--maybe the fuel pump is laying down.

When ever i start my engine the oil light comes on and stays on until the engine reaches 1000 rpm the it goes out ,what the hell is wrong with it

oil pump is wearing out. For a car this new, I would replace the pump. You can try replacing the pressure sending unit first, but I don't think that's the problem.

2004 F350 diesel no heat in cab when at idel driving or over 1000 RPM is fine

Sounds like the thermostat is not closing completly if
at all. When you're driving or running it up to 2000 rpm. the engine is working and gets warmer, at idle
no work no heat. replace the thermostat and I think
that will warm things up. Hope this helps.
Good luck.
