2003 infinity i35 won't crank. good battery

If the ignition switch is good and you are certain it works fine, did you realize there is a TSB for this condition when ever you replace a infiniti starter or even some Nissan you are supposed to replace the starter relay also, but it goes further than that you also need to rplace the Throttle control relay with the starter relay.8_7_2012_4_44_55_am.gif

Having to turn the key a few times to get the car to start but once it starts everything is good no other problems

Sounds like a starter relay going out. Trace the heavy wire up to the relay and rplace that.

2ooo plymouth neon wont start it just clicks twice rplaced battery, park neutral switch and tested starter please help

Could be the ignition switch is worn out. Not the key part but the electrical part connected to the key. It has wires coming out of it.

Has battery power can hear fuel pump all fuses ok starter relay clicks but wont crank i just rplaced the intake manifold gasket a couple days ago and car has been fine this problem came out of nowhere

The starter has always had a solenoid to conduct the correct current to crank. the click you hear from the solenoid activating to close the contact for the starter. However the contacts inside the solenoid are corroded due to arcing after several times of starting. When this happens, there is high resistance through these contacts hence low current to the starter not enough to crank. The solenoid needs to be replaced. If they don't sell a separate solenoid then you have to replace the integrated starter.
