Hum means you have power and ground, but blower is jammed physically. Could be corrosion in bushing. They lubricants. Could be leaves or something fell into impeller. Have to take it apart to see.

My 1999 f250 is blowing the fuel pump fuse can you help

You have a short to ground ! Finding The Source Of Electrical Shorts In Your Car Which fuse is blowing ? # 10 a 20 amp in the under hood fuse box ? Check the fuel pump relay , that could be the problem .
You can find location of fuel pump relay here . Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model and engine size . Under system click on electrical distribution , then under subsystem click on junction block ! Then click the search button , then on the first blue link . The first diagram is of the under hood fuse / relay box . Try another relay , they can short internally .

97mits mirage 1.5 blows 30amp fuse as soon as ignition key hits turnover position? Suspect bad ground

Try disconnecting the wires from the starter and try it again. If it blows the fuse again, then your ignition switch it'self is probably shorted. If it doesn't blow the fuse, your starter is grounded on the inside and needs to be replaced.

What would cause the number 9 maxi fuse to blow?

The first time this fuse blows you could assume that heat and age were the culprit. If it is replaced and blows a second time you will need to check for an improper ground (broken wire or loose ground wire or bad connector) at each device powered by the fuse.

My 1995 Ford f 250 bad fuse problem

look for a short to ground in the tail light circuit. Place a 12v light bulb in place of the fuse. If there is a short, it should light. When you find the short, the light will go out. Looks like the brown wire is the focus.

96 f250 circuit, don't have 95. similar. please rate as fixya if this helps.
