Replaced battery now remote central locking does not work

It is a Lexus, you need to visit the dealership. I gave up trying to do anything with my ES330.

If you replaced the fuse BOX, then you disconnected a lot of wires.

Why do the brakes on my lexus is220 keep siezing?

You can not expect someone to guess at that for you

Have to take things apart & do the required brake service
once a year & continue on & check for abs system codes
& the braking issues

I know I would park it & not use it until resolved

Check the coolant level. Also check for leaks. Good level and no leaks. Replace the water pump.

No fuse for this. If the doors work and not the boot. It is wiring or the latch motor.

Have a lexus 2005 220D. Te air con works perfect but when you set the temp to HI it takes ages to get warm and onlythen does it comewarm for a breif period and starts blowing cold air again. Also smellof...

If it's not heating up very quickly but it blows cold good the engine coolant theroatate may not be getting the engine up to temperture vary fast. A good therostate stays closed completely till the engine gets to operating temperture and then it opens just enough to keep it there. If it's open justy a little it'll take a long time to warm up and fuel milage will not be as good as it could be.
