SOURCE: Bought a camper top for my 2005 Ford F150 PU.

The after market CHMSL ( Center High Mount Stop Lamp ) is in the wire harness bundle on the driver's side frame rail, under the plastic cover. Some have found it easier to get to it in the driver's side kick panel. When you pull up the driver's side door sill, pull the carpet back, and you will find the grommet for getting into the cab of the truck

Here is the page from the EVTM for the Stop / Turn lamps that shows the after market CHMSL connection

Were is fpdm located on 2002 f150 4.6 motor ?

If your talking about fuel pump driver module, separate from the fuel pump assembly, You don't have one that I can find. Not in the wiring diagram, the fuel pump assembly is called a module. I looked at ford partsbook for fpdm, not in there either. You do have a fuel pump shut-off/inertia switch. Do you want a wiring diagram for fuel pump?
The picture is location of inertia switch. I found the info in your owners manual.

My 1998 ford f150 xlt 4x4 V8, engine turns over but will not start, I think the fuel pump fuse is bad,or the reset switch malfunctioned . Any suggestions

What makes you think fuel pump fuse is bad or the reset switch ? ( inertia fuel cut off switch ) Did you test for B+ volt or are you guessing ? Buy yourself DVOM - digital volt ohm meter an test the fuel pump electrical circuit ! Besides fuel there is also an ignition system , is there spark ? There are some good videos on youtube on trouble shooting these systems , also on how to read a wiring diagram ! An you can view wiring diagrams for free at also check out video on basic electrical systems testing ! Remember, test don't guess !!!!!

I rear ended a vehicle in my 1985 Ford F150 manual transmission. I reset the inertia switch but I still can't get my truck to start. Any suggestions?

Was the inertia switch actually activated? If so the button would pop up. You need to determine whether or not there is a lack of spark or fuel causing the no start. You may have a defective inertia switch if it was activated and will not reset. You can unplug it and by-pass the wiring of the inertia switch by crossing over the wires at the plug to see if it will start

Where is the inertia switch on a 1990 f150 ford truck

Has to be in the cab

I would guess, along the floor near the side kick panels

Not likely at all, that it is open or a problem

Test at the relay socket for complete fuel system
electrical integrity

You not going to find a thing guessing

You need wiring diagrams, to first learn the system
& circuits, so you can do some voltage drop testing

2005 F150 Fuel Pump Fuse - What fuse number is it? It is not in the manual. Can you simply disconnect the accident shut off switch to relieve pressure in the system?

2005 owners manual, 5th printing page 228, fuse # 34

The fuel inertia switch only controls power ( from Fuse #34 ) to the Fuel Pump Driver Module, it has nothing to do with line pressure on the system.

We replaced the fuel pump driver module and 2004 ford f150 still won't start. It is showing a theft code. Help?

Hi. There is a ground wire on the frame about half way back. Be sure there is a good connection. Plus check every other ground wire. Do Not spend money on parts until you have cleaned every ground terminal!! This is an on going prob with Ford.

1997 Ford F150 Electric Fuel Pump will npt pump

Did you check the fuel inertia switch in the passenger side kick panel ?

The fuel pump is powered :
the fuse to the fuel pump relay.
The fuel pump relay to the fuel inertia switch
The fuel inertia switch to the fuel pump itself.

At the fuel inertia switch in the kick panel, power from the relay is the Dark Green w/ Yellow stripe wire and the pink w/ black stripe wire is the power. from the fuel inertia switch to the fuel pump.

If you jumper the fuel pump relay, you should hear it run. If not pull the fuel pump relay, and check the pins in the relay socket, pin 30 should be the power from the fuse.

If you have power at pin #30, jumper the relay socket as shown with the red line above, and check the dark green w/ yellow stripe wire at the fuel inertia switch for power.
Press the button on the top of the fuel inertia switch, and check for power leaving the fuel inertia switch on the pink w/ black stripe wire.

This is tests good, check for power at the fuel pump, same pink w/ black stripe wire.
Fuel inertia switch info is in the owners manual, If you did not get an owners manual with your truck ( purchased used ), you can download one from Ford :
