SOURCE: pros & cons

Though the CLK may not carve up the turns,it does a decent job, but I felt it excelled in driving comfort over NJ **** roads. I do a lot of highway driving and prefer comfort plus I get up to 27mpg going nicley above 65mph.

SOURCE: vvt-i pros and cons in 2.4lts. toyota cars

The VVT-i will outperform a car without it. ANY car with variable valve timing is a PLUS. Under hard acceleration, the duration of the valve opening timing changes, this results in a bit more power. Then, at idle.easy acceleratin, they change again. They continously change, depending on your "Learns", your driving...that is the " i " part in VVT-i.
Varible Valve TIming (with) intelligence". It's a good thing.

A FixYa rating would be most appreciated.

Electrolux Gas Range went through a power outage shows/beeps a F15 code. I cannot use oven. I can use the top.I have to unplug it after each use as the oven light stays on.

The first thing I would check is to see if there is 240 volts AC at the back of the stove. On some stoves, The top section runs on 120 volts and the oven runs on 240 volts. Best of luck to you.

Ive started to wire up a cooker to the maines in the kitchen wall the wires in that are blue yellow and brown but the wires on my cooker are brown yellow and red why is the red one diffrent

By cooker I guess you mean stove/oven. Different makers use different color wires, but if this is a 220 volt unit, you should have two hot wires and one neutral. The hots can connect to either hot, just don't hook a hot to the ground. Use a voltmeter to see which of the mains is hot (if in doubt), and trace wires on cooker to see which is the ground. Easy!

The pyrex glass tops on stoves cannot be repaired . Price a new glass top or a second hand top before to spend money on a second hand stove.

Cannot turn ignition security light is on

If you have a FOB, and while you're outside the vehicle, try pressing the LOCK button twice. Once to lock the doors...twice to lock doors and arm alarm. Then press the UNLOCK button. If that doesn't work, possible try a different key? If THAT doesn't work, it's possible you might need a new ignition switch. However, before you run out and buy a new ignition switch, double check with your local GM dealership...explain your scenario to them...quite possible to get a different answer than I've given you. And if they're right and I'm least you got your Yukon fixed!
Good luck

I have this 97 cadilac every thing works but it get hot when I get on the freeway what should I do ?

it might be your thermastate stuck close because it lets the collant to go into the engine chambers so if your thermastate is stuck is why it is over heating so you can take the thermastate out and test it yourself by putting it into water inside a pan that is on a stove to test to see if it opens up for you but also there are different thermastates out there that have different temperature ranges that you can put in place of that one so go to autozone they will explain to you which one could help you out the most.

How can I obtain instructions and diagrams to replace the timing belt on a 2002 Kia Sportage?

Do not rely on proper diagrams online for free. Please, i really suggest going to your local auto parts store and buying a Haynes or Chilton manual. They only cost $20 and will cover everything. Haynes isnt as detailed as chilton but has a really great troubleshooting section. Chilton doesnt have the troubleshooting section but is a lot more detailed while explaining the process of repair. Good luck! Please rate the solution if i was able to help :)

There is a special process to replace coolant on my 99 Jetta 2.0

-do not under any circumstances just buy over-the-counter coolant
-the details are in your owners manual or directly from the local VW dealership
-yes, you will pay more...but read the following it beautifully explains the vast variety of choices and consequences when doing this job

If you have any other questions...just ask!!
Please rate me...but please remember that anything other than a FIX-YA actually lowers my rating...especially ' the system almost views it as an insult'
thanks for your consideration
