My Truck i s stalling out at stop and go situations.

It drives smooth above 25 to 30. But getting up to that speed it wants to spit, sputter and sometimes die.

WHEN I COME TO A STOP IT STALLES AND WHEN DRIVING SEAMS TO DIE OUT THEN MISS AND SMOOTH OUT.

Sounds like a vaccum leak problem . Disconnect different vaccum lines one at a time and connect them again. When motor sounds no different with certain line ,that the leaker and replace.

You might check your fuel filter and hoses..could also might need carberator adjustment?

Recheck your firing order for basics. If this is in good, a compression test may be necessary. Which enigine do you have?

sounds like I problem I had, I just needed a new catyletic converter, the old one was clogged with carbon, even getting up to speed the car would bog down and had a hard time accelerating

After driving truck you stop cut off engine restart it take off and motor spits and sputters and has nopower until you let off the gas and let it shift into second at takes off smooth

Your fuel pump is on the way out, check fuel pressure and fuel pressure regulator,more likely the fuel pump.

Eldorado stalling problems

Sounds like either a MAP sensor or TPS or both. TPS will impact the throttle control and if its stalling once its warm, this would be where I'd look. Best of luck.

check th fuel filter - does this happen when below 1/4 tank of gas? there is a filter in there too. a clogged filter will be worse at acceleration - if it is at 1/4 tank or less when this occurs - try filling up and see if that helps - when you drop below 1/4 tank you will **** up trash from the bottom of the tank! hope this helps
