Depends on whats wrong with it.
If it does not have voltage or ground, check the resistor and the blower fuse or relay. If it has voltage and ground, you may need a new blower motor.

Heater will not put out much heat on first 3 setting turn up to fourth and it does get alot of heat whats wrong with 1-2-and3

sounds like the blower motor resistor/blower motor module is bad. They use a series of resistors to drop voltage to the blower motor to make it spin at different speens. High speed bypasses the resistors and allows full voltage to the blower motor.

Heres an article I did with some tips.

Check your AC Blower relay, trace the purple wire that plugs into the blower motor back to were it plugs into a rectangular box just 6 to 8 inches away.

A/c blower/fans

I would check for power at the blower motor . If yes , blower motor faulty. Replace. ---Now, the blower motor can run,and still no air delivery. One step at a time. No pwer to blower . Problem could be in the car. Don't shotgun the job and buy everything
