I have a 2009 versa hatchback my service engine soonlight came on .i checked my gas cap it wasn't on right so I fixed the problem but the light is still on .How do I get rid of it

you could unhook the battery terminals for a little while then reconnect them. or you could reset code using a code computer. your local auto zone could do it for you, or mechanic. very easy

Service engine soon light on my 2009 Nissan Versa 1.8S Hatchback they say has an EVAP problem, would replacing gas cap with an original from a Nissan dealer fix the problem?

It would if that is your problem. But if you have a crack in a vacuum line somewhere I don't think replacing the gas cap will help you any. My suggestion would be to replace the cap and have the system re-set. If the light doesn't come back on then you are good. If it does come back on, then you will probably have to have the EVAP system smoked to locate the leak.

2 year old Nissan Versa hatchback started making high pitched (low, but annoying) sound and remains on when engine turned off. Located on driver's side of car. What could this be caused from?

I had this problem and it took an engineer from Nissan Headquarters to fix it. You may have a belt of wires from behind the dash that have been worn and are causing a short. When the car is wet, the sound can be worse.
