SOURCE: Buick Regal dying

You have a problem in the fuel pump relay circuit for sure then. I'm betting the relay, but it could be that dropping resistor.

SOURCE: engine starts but dies immediatly unless i keep pumping gas

Check the electrical for key on power to the fuel pump relay, it sounds like the pump will only run in the start position.

SOURCE: 98 firebird 3.8 engine died

This is a common problem on GM vehicles. When this happens, look for a light on the dash somewhere that says SECURITY. If you see this, you have an antitheft security issue. It can accually turn off your starter, fuel pump, or injectors. Check out this link for info and some possible DO IT YOURSELF solutions. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/

Kubota M 5030 2.8 6 cyl. Diesel in oil sump. Why?

Diesel gets in the sump from an seal leaking in the fuel pump through to the drive gear and out into the sump. If it has an inline pump( one where the injector lines are in a row at the top of the pump) the fuel will be leaking past the plunger elements and into the pump sump which then drains back tot he engine sump. IF it is slight but consistent sometimes injectors will dribble when shut down and the fuel will by pass the piston rings into the sump. Talk with a diesel pump and injector repair specialist for any faults particular to the Kubota fuel system

91 plymouth sundance died, oil on ground, check engine on

If you feel like the engine is still ok, I would look at the oil pressure and check engine light issues.
On engines with fuel injection, the fuel pump is powered by the pump relay until the engine starts. Then the engine has to have oil pressure to keep the fuel pump powered.
Its a safety feature so if you are in a wreck the fuel pump does not keep running if the engine is off.
I would want to know why the oil pressure light is staying on and what the trouble codes are in the computer.

I replaced the fuel pump and it died on the way home so i replaced the fuel filter and it is still dying

Check the pressure at the fuel rail in the engine compartment. If it is low possibly the fuel regulator is stuck (bypassing). I have put on new fuel pumps that didn't last very long. It is best to put on a Delco pump the aftermarkets are junk.
