Would seem your into the inner doors & have a partial
grasp on things
Now you fix all door windows one shot
#1 Test all switches, ohm meter unplugged or volt meter with power
#2 Test all motors with battery voltage direct -- DC motor will run either direction-- can't hook up wrong
#3 Window Regulators -you know about them (Unless they are broken-you said they are tight)
#4 Do you have good ground side wiring & battery voltage at all
switches & motors
#5 Last resort--unhook the cables & work on freeing up the
glass & window guides etc then you will have found out if the
regulators are the issue
I'm going to guess that your power window motor has about given up the ghost. You may take it in to a mechanic's shop and ask them where the regulator is, however. I just doubt it will be an easy to find piece.
Whee! This is a fun one. There is a little plate with screw holes that you have to trap up inside the roof while also trying to align the light and the screw holes. The plate provides the means to hold the assembly up inside the opening. It's tricky. I had to do it on our 2001. NOTE: If your dome lights get all crazy or won't turn off - remove the FRONT one and look at the top of the assembly. There are teo copper tabs sticking straight up! These touvh the metal roof at times and make the lights freak out due to a shorting-out effect. You can nip these way down with side-cutters to fix the problem.
If neither switch works it is a bad connection at the motor or bad ground or a bad motor. Remove the door panel unplug the motor push the switch and see if there is 12volts on the wires if there is the motor is bad There are small brushes in the motor that go bad tap on the motor while pushing the switch if it works that way replace it
