It is likely the windshield is leaking, you will need a glass expert to confirm this is the problem.

SOURCE: passenger side leak under dash board

Ok take off the windshield wiper arms, then remove the plastic piece under the wipers below the windshield, there is a tray under there and some drain holes, you may have to remove some more plastic pieces once you remove the one below the windshield (some models are slightly different) clear out all the tree leaves and pine needles and such from the tray there are drain holes in the enter, and on each end push a long flexable rod down carefully or compressed air really works the best this is you problem it needs to be done every few years or more often if you park under trees.
If this information is helpful please give me a fixya! Rating , Thank you, Randy

SOURCE: VW Polo Classic 1.6 Radiator fan not going on

Try moving the fan blades by hand to see if the fan spins freely to see if the problem is frozen bearings in the fan motor. Replace the fan motor if it doesn't turn. If it spins freely disconnect the wires and hook the fan directly to the battery using a jumper. If it runs the problem is most likely the thermostatic switch. If it doesn't the fan motor is bad.

SOURCE: VW Polo Classic, fuel efficiency problem

Has the car been serviced recently?
If not I would suggest getting it done. Not sure if you have diesel or petrol, but oil can thicken causing more load on the motor and airfilters get blocked and can cause a rich fuel mixture.

If petrol you can take out the plugs to check if they are a light brown colour, if very dark or black you need to check and adjust carb/injection settings/filter.Need to know what engine it is really.

SOURCE: water leaks in above and behind dashboard

There is only one thing that will cause it if you have a Sun roof and that is the water drain pipe from the roof to the wheel arch were it drains out and this bunged up,so blow it out with air compressor or high water pipe.
IF no to sunroof then its the windscreen leaking at the top and you might not beable to see it it will be at the top But dont try and fix it as the screen has to come out to do the job correctly.
But if only leaks water on floor and not on top of dash it could be the vent under windscreen were the wipers go and the vent drains the rain also to the left and right side of wheel arch, then they can be blocked and overflowing into the air box for the heater because that is where the air comes from when on FRESH AIR for heater..So check them out and do as required it shouldent cost you anything unless its the screen out..Job Have a goodday Let me know how you get on Ron

SOURCE: when it rains, water leaks into the car through

First thing we gotta find out where its coming from. After floor is dry sprinkle baby power on the floor and up my the fire wall and the check for the wet spots.

Possible causes: Lead in floor boards, a window replacement where the gasket was correctly installed.Drainage passage clogged for winshield
wiper motor area.

2011 polo vivo leaking water under the dash, what could the problem be?

Are you leaking water when you wash your car or when it rains ? Or is it coolant leaking ?
If it's water, you may have clogged drain posts that run under and long the windshield, under the cowl area. Will need to remove this part and check the corners for dirt which tend to clog drain posts.
If it's coolant, you may have a bad heater core of damaged heater hoses. In this case, you will need to replace the component that is bad. May require to remove the dashboard which is best done by a skilled mechanic.

Leaking driver's side floor pan.

Water is probably coming from behind the dashboard. It will be from the windshield or the firewall that water is getting in.

What causes leaks under dashboard in Trailblazer during rain?

Crawl down there and watch with flashlight while someone sprays area from outside with hose.. when you see where the water is comning in fix it.. this is how a shop would determine where the leak is.. at about $100 an hour.. spray the water gentlly so you can see when it starts comning in. I would suspect windshield seal leak.

Rain water leaking into front of car.

check the grill area under the windscreen ,, you should be able to acess this with the bonnet open,, there are 2 drains to allow water to be drained ,,, these can get blocked by leaves and dirt causing water to build up and get into the car through the heater
