In my experience with neon's the sending unit is most likely not the problem. I feel that you will find that the oil pressure is actually low and that the oil pump is going out. If you change the sending unit and it doesn't change then you will know for sure. The sending unit is located on the side of the block near the oil filter. It has one wire and simply unscrews and the new one screws back in and re-attach the wire. Hope this helps. Good luck.

It is acually called the vehicle speed sensor I do believe. It should should be located on the top of your transmission with a wiring harness attached to it. It should also have 1 bolt holding it in also. Whatever you do, do not rotate the gear when you remove it. Try to mark the exact way it came out when you replace the sensor. When you pull the sensor out it will have this gear attached to it which will need to be placed into the new sensor and put back into the vehicle in the same way it came out or you will throw a code and it will not be pretty. Shouldn't really be necessary to do anything to reset it if the system is operating properly.
"The system will automatically update and the TPM warning lamp will extinguish once the updated tire pressures have been received. The vehicle may need to be driven for up to 10 minutes above 15 mph (25 km/h) to receive this information."
"A system fault can occur by any of the following scenarios:
1) Jamming due to electronic devices or driving next to facilities emitting the same Radio Frequencies as the TPM sensors.
2) Installing some form of aftermarket window tinting that affects radio wave signals.
3) Lots of snow or ice around the wheels or wheel housings.
4) Using tire chains on the vehicle.
5) Using wheels/tires not equipped with TPM sensors."
Also, if you have the premium TPM system, the spare tire being low could trigger it, or with either the base or premium system, if you have a flat and change to a spare, the original flat tire could keep it from re-setting. And of course, a faulty sensor could be the problem.
There is a re-setting tool, but that should only be needed if the tire positions are changed (like if you rotate your tires), and that's only so that it can accurately tell you which tire is low, as opposed to turning off a warning light.

I believe you may have three (3) O2 sensor, (2) of the sensor is on ether side of the exhaust down pipe and some times called up stream O2 sensor, the third O2 sensor know to some as the down stream O2 and is after the Catalytic converter.
The up stream O2 monitors the left and right side banks and sends signals to the ECM to make the adjustments to the injectors to keep the proper air/fuel ratio.
The down stream O2 monitors the catalytic converter and sends signal to the ECM if the catalytic converter has gone bad.
Good luck and hope this helps. If you get it scanned at Auto Zone, they should be able to let you know which O2 has gone bad so as to not change all three. You could always check the wire harness to the down stream O2 for corrosion.
