Question about 2002 Isuzu Axiom
I have a 02' Isuzu Axiom. Im trying to replace a rear light bulb. I have unscrewed the two showing screws but the light assembly wont fully come out. Seems like it's being held in place with more screws or plastic tabs. Im afraid if I pull too hard I will break something and end up having to buy a whole new light assembly. I tried to pull off a liner on the inside of the car but that didn't help. Have any ideas or solutions? thanks. Jason
If you are still interested I figured it out this morning.
1. Remove the obvious 2 rear screws.
2. With a padded or rubber tipped flat tool gently pull towards the side of the car and pry off.
(I used a butter knife and cloth between it and the car)
There are 2 rods that insert into receivers on the side of the car. The real trick is that it does not pull off towards the rear as you would expect, it pulls off to the side.
If you still have trouble post here and I'll put up a demo video.

My guess, is the lost operators guide covered this.
all do on old style bulb cars.
under index page rear.
read lamps/bulbs. its a standard operator service.
until LED hit the streets.
buy the manual and win. they sell them used too.
and thanks for update, 99% never happens here.
the ask and never contribute.
