Honda Pilot 2003, low engine temperature, thermostat was replaced several times, still the engine temp is low.

use a termo laser to check temp of coolant at filler cap ,with cap off run vehicle till you have hot heat coming out of your heater then check with laser. if it reads above 140 then you know 2 things . either the therm sensor is going bad or the temp gauge is bad , make sure the radiator fans come on ,if they do and you have good heat then you have bad gauge.

2000 elentra is overheating i changed thermostat and fan will turn on sometimes

Could be the second fan motor or a relay. Have the circuit tested for the second fan.

My heater isnt working, the temperature gage flucuates, and it keeps telling me it has low coolant even though I just added coolant

low coolant sensor is probably just dirty. cold air could also indicate n air bubble in the line. could also be thermostat. try that first.

The heat gage stays at cold but I am still getting some heat, not great heat , but still some, i even lft the car run for 15 min. why is my gage still reading cold?

Usually the symptom you posted means that the thermostat is stuck in the open position or has been removed.
Not only will that give you a no or low heat condition but also will really put a hurt on fuel mileage.
The engine management system thinks the engine is always cold and continues to send an overly rich signal to the fuel system instead of the normal warm engine signal it should have.

replace the thermostat with one rated at 195 degrees (f) and it should be fine.

Would the heater control valve malfunctioning make the engine overheat blowing hot air out the heater one moment, then not blowing the hot air, temp gage spikes 225 plus. The motor takes awhile to heat up...

Heater control valve malfunction will not cause engine to overheat unless coolant is leaking externally...Overheating going down the road can be the result of a few different things...Partly clogged radiator...Insufficient air flow due to possible fan problem...External coolant leak...Make sure fans are operting properly and have cooling system pressure tested for leaks...Gaining and losing heat on the inside of the vehicle usually means system is low on coolant but you must find out where coolant is going

2001 vw jetta 2.0 Gls - Heat blows cold air.

It will probably be your thermostat that is jammed open , try fitting a new one , the thermostat is located in the housing on the side of the engine usually just above the gearbox , trace the top radiator hose to the engine and you should be able to find where the thermostat is ,

AIR DOSENOT BLOW ON AC ALL THE TIME , SOMETIMES IT DOSENT BLOWING AIR UNTIL I HAVE BEEN ON THE ROAD FOR SEVERAL MINUTES BUT NEVER REACHES ITS FULL STRENTH OF AIR FLOW

Do You mean air doesnt blow cold or fan doesnt blow strong. If you mean it doesnt blow cold that means you need to have a/c recharged. The reason it gets cold after being on the road for a while is because compressor takes time to cool freon when it is very low
