1994 GMC Topkick not getting power from the fuel pump. Where is the fuel pump relay located?

Before going there, check your INERTIA SWITCH (INTERTIAL CUTOFF SWITCH). A small accident or a sharp bump can cause the cutoff switch to trip. The switch is located adjacent to the passenger side rear shock tower, and there is a pushbutton to reset (on most Topkick tucks). Carbureted Topkick trucks do not have cutoff switches, and some custom trucks have the inertia switch relocated.

I have a 93 gmc suburban it starts then dies if I put my foot on the gas to keep it running smoke comes out the muffler and when I take my foot off the gas it dies

Sounds like too much fuel, could be a leaking injector, faulty pressure regulator, or blockage of air intake. Did you replace the injectors and pressure regulator when you worked on the throttle body ? Can you see normal fuel spray on both injectors when the engine is running ?

Engine cuts out

Not likely a distributor or EGR problem, but rather a fuel problem.
Holding the throttle open would affect fuel mixture and bypass the idle air control valve.
Is the check engine light on ?
The inside of the distributor would need to be clean but I doubt that would cause the problem you describe.

2002 GMC Envoy will start but dies after about 15 seconds

Starts for 15seconds then off? Sound like a big vacuum leak.Have someone start it and partially block the throttle body and search for that vacuum leak and repair it
